All of our meals are freshly prepared everyday utilising quality ingredients, to create modern menus which offer variety, choice and nutrition. The catering at our school is provided by the Vale of Glamorgan Council. The Big Fresh Catering Company aim to provide a good quality, healthy school meals to all based upon a healthy lifestyle. The Big Fresh Catering Company continues to provide a healthy nutritious school meal at lunchtime, which is compliant with the food and nutrient standards set by the Welsh Government's Appetite for Life strategy. The Big Fresh Catering Company will continue with special dietary menus upon confirmation and written request from a doctor or a dietician.
