Estyn

We are delighted to share the outcome of our most recent Estyn inspection, which recognised All Saints C.I.W. Primary School as “a caring and supportive community where the well-being of pupils and staff holds a high priority.”

Inspectors highlighted the strong relationships throughout our school, noting that staff know pupils well and create a positive environment where children feel safe, supported and valued. We were especially proud that Estyn recognised how our pupils consistently demonstrate our core values of “respect, responsibility and readiness” in both their learning and relationships.

The report celebrates the engaging curriculum we provide, recognising how learning at All Saints reflects “the local area, Wales and the wider world” while promoting a strong sense of belonging, diversity and inclusion. Inspectors also praised our attractive learning environment and the many stimulating opportunities available for pupils both indoors and outdoors.

We are particularly pleased that Estyn recognised the good progress made by many pupils across the school, especially in literacy, numeracy and digital skills. The report also highlights pupils’ positive attitudes to learning, their creativity, and the purposeful opportunities they have to influence school life and become active citizens within our community.

The inspection also acknowledged the dedication and professionalism of our staff team and governing body. Estyn noted that senior leaders demonstrate “humble, compassionate leadership” and recognised the strong collaboration and high morale amongst staff.

As always, we remain committed to continual improvement and look forward to building on the many strengths identified within the report. We would like to thank our pupils, staff, governors, parents, carers and wider community for their ongoing support and partnership. This positive outcome reflects the collective effort and shared commitment of everyone involved in our school family.
